JOB DESCRIPTION
The Marketing & CSR Manager: Operations will develop, implement, and oversee marketing and corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives across all 13 operational business units within our client’s portfolio. This role is pivotal in strengthening brand positioning, supporting business growth, and ensuring CSR initiatives reflect the company’s values and social impact goals.
The successful candidate will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver integrated campaigns and drive meaningful impact. Adaptability is essential, as the role involves supporting evolving business needs while maintaining strategic alignment and fostering engagement across all units.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing initiatives.
- Develop and manage budgets.
- Organize internal and external events.
- Liaise with external agencies, ensuring adherence to processes and group standards.
- Oversee promotional stock, clothing, and relevant stock takes.
- Distribute quarterly market reports.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Measure and report brand performance on marketing campaigns, evaluating results against goals and providing insights for improvement.
- Manage social media pages in collaboration with an external agency.
- Develop and implement CSR strategies aligned with the company’s mission, vision, and values.
- Plan and execute CSR projects, ensuring timely delivery and measurable impact.
- Promote CSR efforts internally and externally.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to advance CSR initiatives.
- Create communication materials to highlight CSR efforts, including impact reports and social media campaigns.
REQUIREMENTS
Basic Qualifications & Work Experience
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Project Management, or a related field.
- 3+ years experience in project management, organizational roles, or marketing is advantageous.
