As the Marketing Assistant to the Founder and CEO, you will play a dual role, acting as a personal assistant while also driving key marketing initiatives. Your primary focus will be on conducting user research to inform and enhance our marketing campaigns. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced and innovative environment.

Qualifications
Education:**
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
Experience:**
- 1-2 years of experience in a marketing or administrative role, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment.
- Experience conducting user research and developing marketing insights is highly desirable.
Skills:**
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize e\ectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft O\ice Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with marketing tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar.
- Basic knowledge of user research methodologies and tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating a proactive and resourceful approach.
