POSITION INFO:

Marketing Consultant 

We’re looking for an experienced marketing consultant to help refine our strategy, boost brand awareness, and drive growth across digital and traditional channels. 

Key Responsibilities: 

Strategic Marketing Planning 

• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to develop actionable 

insights. 

• Create comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals and 

target audience. 

Campaign Development and Execution 

• Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel marketing 

campaigns (digital, print, events, social media, etc.). 

• Coordinate with relevant teams ensure campaign alignment with brand identity. 

• Manage budgets for marketing campaigns, ensuring cost-effectiveness. 

Content Strategy and Brand Messaging 

• Develop content strategies that engage target audiences and drive conversions. 

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging across all 

platforms. 

• Advise on branding strategies to strengthen market positioning. 

Digital Marketing & SEO 

• Provide expert advice on SEO, SEM, and content marketing best practices. 

• Develop strategies to increase online presence and drive web traffic, leveraging 

SEO, paid search, social media, and email marketing. 

• Optimize landing pages, user experience, and call-to-action strategies. 

Analytics and Reporting 

• Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights, etc.) to track 

performance and KPIs. 

• Provide data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement of marketing 

initiatives. 

• Report on campaign performance and suggest optimizations for future 

strategies. 

Client and Stakeholder Communication 

• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, internal stakeholders, or leadership teams. 

• Present findings, strategic plans, and marketing performance reports in a clear 

and actionable way. 

 Requirements 

• Minimum 5 years of marketing experience, with a proven track record in strategic 

planning, digital marketing, and campaign management. 

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field 

(master’s degree preferred). 

Skills: 

• Strong proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Google Analytics, 

Facebook Ads, SEMrush, etc.). 

• Expertise in SEO, SEM, content marketing, and email marketing. 

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Ability to analyse data, extract insights, and optimize strategies for maximum 

impact. 

• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday.com). 

• Strong creative problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities. 

• Preferred Experience: Experience in B2B and/or B2C marketing, with industry specific experience in (add relevant industries, e.g., technology, retail, 

healthcare).

Portfolio Requirements:

that demonstrate your ability to drive results. This should include examples of: 

• Strategic Plans: Case studies of marketing strategies you’ve developed for 

clients or companies, outlining objectives, target audience, and key outcomes. 

• Campaigns: Detailed examples of multi-channel campaigns you’ve led, 

including digital advertising, content marketing, social media strategies, and any 

direct response marketing. Include key metrics such as engagement rates, ROI, 

and conversions. 

• Analytics & Reporting: Examples of how you’ve used data to optimize marketing 

efforts. Include specific KPIs you tracked, insights gained, and actions taken to 

improve performance. 

• Creative Work: Samples of creative assets you’ve developed or collaborated on, 

such as ad copy, email campaigns, landing pages, and social media content. 

• Client Testimonials or Feedback: If available, include any testimonials from 

previous clients or companies you’ve worked with that speak to your ability to 

deliver results and work effectively with teams.
