We are seeking a results-driven Marketing Coordinator to enhance our marketing efforts and drive growth for our lending business.

Job Description
As a Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for creating and implementing marketing strategies and plans. The role will include, but is not limited to:

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to improve the acquisition of qualified customers that meet our criteria.
• Utilize the CRM database to convert previous customer inquiries into qualified prospects through targeted marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with the portfolio team to align marketing strategies with business objectives and sales targets.
• Drive go-to-market efforts of tailored products.
• Manage online marketing initiatives, including website content, SEO, SEM, and online advertising campaigns.
• Oversee social media marketing efforts to engage with our target audience and drive brand awareness.
• Utilize Google Ads and other online advertising platforms to reach potential customers effectively.
• Analyze marketing performance metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and optimize strategies accordingly.
• Coordinate and attend events, including programs and third-party hosted gatherings.
• Manage internal communications.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Politics, Philosophy, and Economics (PPE), or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on B2B marketing.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Content writing skills.
• Experience with Google Analytics, CRM software systems, and WordPress themes.
• Proficiency or ability and willingness to learn various marketing platforms and software tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
