SUMMARY:
The Marketing Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the Brand Manager with the end-to-end execution of brand marketing strategies, including in-store promotional activities. This position is also responsible for providing administrative and financial assistance to ensure smooth operations within the marketing team.

Campaign Execution:

• Collaborate with the operations team to successfully implement seasonal, promotional, and brand-building campaigns, ensuring stores maintain high standards.
• Oversee relationships with print production partners and manage the distribution of marketing materials to stores.

• Plan and coordinate promotional campaigns from inception to execution.
• Manage budgets, liaise with vendors, and ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Supervise the development, distribution, and implementation of printed assets for campaign launches.

• Manage the ordering, packaging, and invoicing of marketing stock.
• Conduct regular stock checks to ensure accurate inventory management.

• Provide administrative assistance for various marketing projects, including reporting on stock, budgets, and ad hoc initiatives.
• Handle financial processes such as raising purchase orders, vendor onboarding, and tracking payments.
• Ensure timely payment of suppliers and maintain accurate budget records.
