SUMMARY:
A Vacancy exists for a Marketing Coordinator in the Sales and Marketing Division based in Centurion.

POSITION INFO:
The suitable candidate’s main responsibilities and duties include, but are not limited to, the following:
 
Marketing Campaign Coordination:

• Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of comprehensive marketing campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement strategies for brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement across multiple channels.
• Coordinate the development of marketing materials, including digital and print collateral, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines.

• Oversee the end-to-end management of marketing projects, including campaign timelines, budgets, deliverables, and resource allocation.
• Work with cross-functional teams, including design, content, and external agencies, to ensure successful project delivery.
• Monitor project progress, address potential challenges, and ensure that all projects are completed on time, even in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.

• Coordinate the logistics and execution of corporate events, trade shows, and sponsorships, ensuring seamless event planning and successful delivery.
• Liaise with external vendors, partners, and internal teams to ensure that events align with marketing goals and maintain brand integrity.

• Collaborate with the content and digital marketing teams to develop and optimize marketing content for websites, social media, email campaigns, and other digital platforms.
• Assist in managing and updating the company’s digital presence, ensuring all online content is current, relevant, and aligned with marketing objectives.

• Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, using key performance metrics to measure success and provide actionable insights.
• Prepare and present reports to the C-suite, highlighting the impact of marketing initiatives on business objectives.

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
• 8-10 years of experience in marketing coordination, project management, or related roles within a corporate or agency environment.
• Proven experience managing multi-channel marketing campaigns and high-stakes projects.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in marketing tools and software, including CRM platforms, marketing automation tools, and analytics software.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior executives.
• A keen eye for detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Flexibility to take on additional tasks as needed, with a no-clock-watching attitude.
