POSITION INFO:
Our client is looking for a dynamic and creative Marketing Coordinator to join their team. If you have strong writing skills, an eye for detail, and experience in social media and digital marketing, this role is for you! You will support the marketing team by assisting with content creation, event planning, and various administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support day-to-day marketing activities and initiatives across digital, print, and social media platforms.
• Coordinate events such as webinars, workshops, and promotional activities.
• Handle event logistics, including vendor coordination and preparing materials.
• Manage social media accounts and assist with website updates.
• Conduct basic market research and help gather data to support marketing strategies.
• Collaborate with internal teams (sales, customer service, admin) to support marketing efforts.
• Manage content creation for social media and assist in executing paid campaigns.

• Assist with social media strategy and execution (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google Business, YouTube).
• Create and schedule social media posts, ensuring brand compliance and timely publication.
• Assist with online paid campaigns (PPC), artwork creation, and copywriting.
• Collect reports and analyze data from platforms like Google Analytics and social media dashboards.

• Research competitors, marketing trends, and new marketing technologies.
• Proactively write articles and blogs, contribute to content creation efforts, and assist with reporting.

• 3-5 years of digital marketing experience.
• Digital marketing qualification.
• Experience in the financial services industry (advantageous).
• Strong understanding of POPIA and advertising compliance.
• Proficiency in tools like Facebook/Instagram, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn, Canva, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Adobe Pro.
• Proven experience in graphic design or multimedia, with a strong portfolio.
