Are you enthusiastic about marketing and client service? We have a well-established company in Pietermaritzburg looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join their team on a half-day basis.

Position: Marketing Coordinator (Part-Time)
Location: Pietermaritzburg
Hours: Half-Day

Role Overview: You’ll work closely with their partners to enhance client service and manage client communications. Your main tasks will include creating content, maintaining their client database, and setting goals for client interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Creation: Write and manage content for newsletters to keep clients updated.
• Database Management: Ensure their client database is current and accurate.
• Client Contact Goals: Help set and track goals for maintaining client contact.
• CRM Management: Use CRM systems to manage and improve client interactions.
• Web Liaison: Occasionally work with their website agency to keep their online presence aligned with their marketing goals.

Requirements:

• Experience in marketing with a focus on client service.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and database management.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to create engaging content and handle multiple tasks.
