SUMMARY:
Job Title: Marketing Coordinator and Assistant

Remuneration: R18 000 - R20 000

Our client, a distribution company, is looking for a Marketing Coordinator and Assistant to join their team in Centurion.

The ideal candidate will be highly organized, with strong administrative skills and a keen interest in marketing. A large portion of this role will focus on administrative support, ensuring the smooth running of marketing projects and coordination between departments. The Marketing Assistant must be an organized multitasker able to handle many diverse projects at one and meet tight deadlines.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Supporting our marketing team to execute strategic campaigns and initiatives that enhance brand awareness, drive lead generation and foster customer engagement.
• Track sales data, maintains promotional materials inventory, plans meetings and trade shows, maintains databases and prepares reports.
• Campaign Coordination: Assist in the planning, implementation, and coordination of marketing campaigns and projects. Ensure all tasks are completed on time and within budget, from initial concept through to delivery and post-campaign analysis.
• Event Coordination: Support the planning and execution of marketing events, trade shows, webinars, and conferences. Coordinate logistics, manage vendor relationships, and ensure seamless onsite execution.
• Program Coordination: Manage the scheduling, logistics, and promotion of Nikon School events, including free training sessions and paid workshops. Coordinate with host speakers, instructors, and venues to ensure smooth execution and exceptional participant experience.
• Content Development: Collaborate with instructors and content creators to develop educational materials, tutorials, and resources that align with the curriculum and objectives of Nikon School. Ensure content is informative, engaging, and aligned with brand guidelines.
• Brand Management: Maintain and uphold brand standards across all marketing materials and communications. Develop and oversee the production of brand elements, including instore displays, point-of-sale materials, signage, and promotional items.
• Analytics and Reporting: Utilize analytics tools to track and analyse the performance of marketing campaigns and program participation. Prepare regular reports and presentations for stakeholders, highlighting key metrics, trends, and actionable insights
• Budget management: Compile and maintain comprehensive marketing budgets for various campaigns, projects, and initiatives as well as monitor budget allocations and expenditures to ensure adherence to financial targets.
• Stay Updated: Stay informed about industry trends, marketing best practices, and implement new concepts and strategies to maximize our campaigns and initiatives that enhance brand awareness, drive lead generation, and foster customer engagement
