Job Summary: We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Executive to support our senior team across global locations. This role will focus on design, social media, and content creation, playing a key part in elevating our brand presence and marketing initiatives. Initially operating as an individual contributor, the role has scope for growth into a more senior position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design & Creative: Develop visual assets for marketing campaigns, presentations, and digital content.

• Social Media Management: Manage and create content for our social platforms, ensuring brand consistency and engagement.

• Content & Copywriting: Write compelling copy for social posts, marketing materials, and internal/external communications.

• Campaign Support: Assist with global marketing initiatives, working closely with senior stakeholders.

• Brand Consistency: Ensure all marketing content aligns with our brand identity and messaging.

• External Collaboration: Collaborating with the global marketing team & external clients to ensure smooth setup of external facing collaboration such as webinars.

• Marketing data analysis: Compiling reports on website traffic, webinar attendance, and audience insights.

Skills & Experience

• Experience: 2-4 years in a marketing role with a focus on design, social media, and content creation.

• Design Proficiency: Skilled in tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or Figma.

• Content Creation: Strong copywriting skills with an ability to craft engaging and professional messaging.

• Social Media Savvy: Experience managing LinkedIn and other relevant social platforms.

• Global Mindset: Comfortable working with international teams across multiple time zones.

• Self-Starter: Able to work independently, prioritize tasks, and take initiative in a fast-moving environment.

• CRM management, SEO and marketing analytics experience a significant advantage.
