Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the beauty or luxury industry and will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans that align with our client’s business objectives and brand strategy.
• Manage and oversee all marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, print, and in-store promotions.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and creative, to ensure cohesive brand messaging and execution.
• Monitor and analyse marketing performance metrics to optimize campaigns and report on the effectiveness of marketing activities.
• Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and achieving a high return on investment.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including media partners, influencers, and external agencies.
• Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
