As the Master Accounts Payable Data Clerk you will be responsible for the below:

Update Sage master data as approved by the business and GSS Management.
Perform mass updates with 100% accuracy and within agreed turnaround times.
Collaborate with business units and experts to resolve master data issues.
Ensure data quality, compliance, and consistency across master data.
Assist in detecting and resolving data quality issues.
Support the business with procedures, new workflows, and change requests within agreed SOP timelines.
Contribute to continuous improvements in data management processes.
Maintain confidentiality and protect sensitive information.
Conduct monthly data integrity checks for consistency and accuracy.
Manage SharePoint workflow requests and changes within agreed turnaround times.
Assist the Master Data team leader on projects, ensuring timely and accurate completion.

Job Experience and Skills Required:
Completed Matric.
Completed Diploma will be an advantage.
3+ years of experience in similar field.
Experience on Sage is preferred.
