Mechanical Designer - 6 Month Contract

POSITION INFO:

• As a Mechanical Designer, you will play a crucial role in designing and developing mechanical systems for a diverse range of exciting projects
• Employing Revit and BIM 360, you will create and manage design models (proficiency in Revit is essential)
• Collaborate on large-scale projects encompassing retail, commercial, residential, and industrial sectors
• Participate in site meetings and perform inspections to ensure alignment and maintain project quality
• Work closely with professional teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution
• Projects will include expansive retail shopping centers, commercial office buildings, deep basements, high-rise apartments, residential housing developments, luxury single-family homes, and industrial distribution facilities

• Minimum 1 – 3 years of experience in building services
• Proficient in Revit and BIM 360 (non-negotiable)
• Proficient in AutoCAD
• Experience conducting clash detection and clash avoidance
• Excellent communication skills

• BSc/BEng/BTech degree in Mechanical Engineering
