It is a role that requires a deep understanding of the products and services offered by the business and its competitors. Mechanical fitters are expected to act with the highest moral and ethical standards, in a trustworthy manner whilst also protecting the intellectual property, goodwill and confidentiality of the company’s information and methodologies.
Successful execution of the role of a Mechanical Fitter subject to the roles and responsibilities assigned to this individual, is based on the achievement of performance KPIs, and the diligent and timeous execution of the roles and responsibilities assigned to the Mechanical Fitter.
Each function assigned to the Mechanical Fitter carries an important contribution to the success of the business and the goal of being market leading in every way and achieving the highest standards of quality and service.
