Salary: R 18 000 to R 20 000, based on experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage projects, ensuring day-to-day operations and timelines are adhered to.
• Manage both people and client relationships effectively.
• Complete safety files and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Prepare and send daily reports.
• Think creatively to solve problems and overcome challenges.
• Handle crisis management situations when needed.
• Manage workforce productivity and ensure optimal output.
• Oversee vehicle management and stock control.
• Implement cost-saving strategies while maintaining the quality of work.

Key Requirements:

• Matric qualification
• Fluent in both English and Afrikaans (reading and writing)
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and MS Projects
• Valid driver’s license
• Energetic and young at heart, even if you are new to the industry
• Strong communication skills
• Experience in managing teams effectively
• Mechanical knowledge with experience in team management
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Project cost control and managing budgets
• Ability to manage a project plan against strict timelines
