Location: Bellville

Salary: R 18 000 to R 20 000, based on experience

Are you an experienced and motivated Mechanical Supervisor ready to take on a new challenge in the maintenance and engineering sector.This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with strong leadership skills and a mechanical mindset, capable of managing teams and overseeing project execution from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and manage projects, ensuring day-to-day operations and timelines are adhered to.
Manage both people and client relationships effectively.
Complete safety files and ensure compliance with safety standards.
Prepare and send daily reports.
Think creatively to solve problems and overcome challenges.
Handle crisis management situations when needed.
Manage workforce productivity and ensure optimal output.
Oversee vehicle management and stock control.
Implement cost-saving strategies while maintaining the quality of work.

Key Requirements:

Matric qualification
Fluent in both English and Afrikaans (reading and writing)
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and MS Projects
Valid driver’s license
Energetic and young at heart, even if you are new to the industry
Strong communication skills
Experience in managing teams effectively
Mechanical knowledge with experience in team management
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
Project cost control and managing budgets
Ability to manage a project plan against strict timelines
