JOB DESCRIPTION:
Overall Equipment Effectiveness Analysis (daily & weekly reports)
Identify and reduce six big losses (Breakdowns, setup/ adjustments, small stops, reduced speed, start-up rejects and production rejects)
Control all resources and processes to maximize productivity in terms of production volumes, yields and cost. Ensure daily targets are met.
Implement Total Productive Maintenance
Maintain housekeeping (5S), safety, and hygiene standard in the factory.
Enforcing Company rules and regulations.
Material and process management applying lean manufacturing principles (Time studies, assembly charts, flow diagram, flow process charts, assembly and exploded drawings)
Process optimization to reduce waste in term of energy and materials.
Investigate non-conformance, suggesting and implement corrective actions.
Follow-up on breakdowns job cards and preventive maintenance schedules.
CNC Programming
Skills & Experience:
Minimum 4 years’ experience in the manufacturing industry
Minimum 4 years’ experience using AutoCAD
CNC Programming Package
Qualification:
BTech/BEng/BSc Mechanical/Industrial Engineering
