SUMMARY:
Opportunity Available!! Our well known client in the Forestry sector is looking to employ a Mechanised Operator to join their team in the Mthatha Region (45km from Mthatha)

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Job Description:

Must possess a matric certificate or equivalent
Must possess a relevant operator certificate
Must possess at least three years operating experience
Knowledge of the Sawmill Industry will be advantageous
Must possess the ability to interact with outside institutions such as the Department of Labour and NGO’s

Person requirements:

Must have the ability to work and communicate at all levels
Must have a high level of commitment to accuracy, quality ,attention to detail and be methodical
Must be able to work without supervision and as part of a team
Must possess ability to initiate, have energy and be driven
Must be an individual that is service orientated and be able to handle pressure to meet set targets
Must be production orientated
Must be a person of integrity and be accountable
Must be a team player
Good problem-solving skills
