Medical Debtors Controller

Together with our client in Pretoria East, we are recruiting for a Debtors Controller. The Ideal Candidate needs to have at least 2 years of relevant experience at a Medical Bureau and must hold a Diploma in Accounting/bookkeeping.

Duties:

• Generating Invoices and credits
• Debtors processing and collection
• Debt collection
• Liaison with clients
• Problem/query resolution
• Payment allocations
• Reporting

Requirements:

• Matric with Min 3 years’ experience (Medical background advantage)
• Diploma in accounting/bookkeeping or finance
• Extensive reconciliation and debts recovery experience
• Strong computer literacy
• Strong communication skills

• Excellent customer service skills
• Excellent analytical skills
• Ability to work under pressure while always remaining calm, polite, professional
• Good communication skills and strong telephone etiquette

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday: 08H00 – 16H00

Remuneration:

• R 12 000.00 – R 15 500.00 CTC per month
• Retirement Annuity
