SUMMARY:
Our client a well known Neurologist is looking for a Medical Practice Manager. Individual must be willing to work between 2 different Practices (Springs and Sunninghill)

POSITION INFO:
Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of a medical practice, managing administrative and business functions including staff recruitment, training, scheduling, financial oversight, patient records, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations, all while aiming to maintain a smooth and efficient patient experience; essentially acting as the leader of the non-clinical staff within a healthcare facility.
 
Staff Management:
Hiring, training, supervising, and evaluating administrative staff like medical secretaries and receptionists.

Operational Management:
Managing daily practice operations including appointment scheduling, patient flow, and office procedures.
Financial Oversight:
Monitoring practice finances, including budgeting, billing, accounts receivable, and payroll.

Patient Care Coordination:
Addressing patient concerns, managing patient records, and ensuring accurate data entry.

Compliance Management:
Maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations and industry standards regarding patient privacy, billing codes, and safety protocols.

Quality Improvement:
Implementing strategies to enhance patient care quality and practice efficiency.

Reporting and Analysis:
Generating reports on practice performance metrics like patient volume, revenue, and staff productivity.
