JOB DESCRIPTION:
Receptionist/switchboard abilities/appointment bookings on a designated billing system (in this case MEDEDI) fully computer literate
Knowledge of medical billing, ICD10 codes and RPL codes
A friendly and empathetic/sympathetic personality
A team player
Relevant administrative experience relating to an office environment
Be flexible and willing to fill in as and when needed for other staff members
Be able to work in a stressful and demanding environment
