Busy private practice within the medical industry is in need of a Medical Reception Team Leader
POSITION INFO:
- Grade 12
- Completed leadership certificate/diploma course
- Minimum 2 to 3 years' experience managing a team of receptionists within busy medical practice/environment.
- Medical reception experience within a high-pressured medical environment.
- Managing, organizing and coaching Reception staff
- Oversee department stock and health and safety
- Administer staff roster and overtime schedules
