Well-established company based in Cape Town seeks a Medical Sales Representative to join their team!

POSITION INFO:
Requirements:

Minimum 1 year experience as a Medical Sales Representative
Hospital and wound care experience advantageous
Own reliable vehicle

Responsibilities:

Manage product launch, promotion, and sales across the territory, engaging with medical personnel in state and private hospitals.
Develop expertise in company products to serve as a product specialist and trainer for medical personnel.
Conduct training on proper product usage and application.
Meet or exceed set customer call rates and sales targets as outlined by the Sales Manager.
Monitor and report competitor activities, including pricing, product developments, and market trends.
Resolve customer complaints by investigating issues, providing solutions, and reporting to management.
Stay informed on industry developments through workshops, publications, networking, and professional events.
Maintain detailed records of territory activities, customer interactions, competitor insights, and sales performance.
Collaborate with the team by sharing competitor intelligence and product insights promptly.
