Menlo Park, Pretoria East: CONVEYANCING SECRETARY (TRANSFERS)
Minimum Requirements:
-Presentable and professional female
-Fully bilingual in Afrikaans & English
-Matric / Grade 12
-2 to 5 years recent experience as a Conveyancing Secretary at a law firm a must, specifically in Transfers a must
-Independently functional from receipt of instruction to finalization
-Computer literate in MS Office and Ghost Convey
-Stable employment record and contactable reference
-To start as soon as possible
Duties:
-Drafting and handling of Transfers from receipt of inception to finalization of matter
-Liaison with banks, clients, Deeds Office and other law firms
-General conveyancing secretarial duties
Salary: Negotiable depending on experience
