Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, attending meetings and conducting satisfaction reviews.
- Identify and communicate new sales opportunities to the team.
- Achieve client KPIs, monitor service levels, and handle escalated issues.
- Keep the team updated on client changes, and support the Sales Representatives.
Requirements:- Matric, marketing/sales qualification, and 2-5 yearsâ experience.
- Strong communication, presentation, and attention to detail.
- Computer literate with own transport.
