We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Microsoft 365 Global Administrator to join our client's team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing Microsoft 365 environments across multiple businesses. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Microsoft 365 services and a proven track record of successful administration in complex environments.

Responsibilities:

• Ability to manage user accounts, groups, and permissions within Microsoft 365 to maintain data integrity and access control.

• Proficiency in configuring and maintaining mailboxes, enforcing email security protocols, and overseeing Exchange Online administration.

• Expertise in implementing and managing compliance features such as data loss prevention (DLP) and retention policies to meet regulatory requirements and safeguard sensitive information.

• Skilled in administering SharePoint Online, including site creation, configuration, and management, to facilitate collaboration and document management across diverse business units.

• Ability to lead the deployment and management of Microsoft Teams, including team creation, policy configuration, and integration with other Microsoft 365 services.

• Proficiency in utilizing advanced tools and techniques to monitor and troubleshoot Microsoft 365 services and connectivity issues, ensuring optimal performance and user satisfaction.

• Ability to collaborate with external vendors and service providers to integrate third-party services and applications with the Microsoft 365 environment, ensuring seamless interoperability and enhancing the platform's capabilities.

• Skilled in overseeing all aspects of COPILOT, including license management, training, and configuration, to maximize user productivity and efficiency.

• Ability to handle subscriptions and effectively assign licenses and products to users, ensuring optimal utilization of resources.

• Experience with email gateway and archiving solutions, such as Mimecast, to enhance email security and compliance measures.

• Knowledge of Microsoft Edge and Edge Policies to enforce browser security and compliance standards.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Loop and Loop workspaces to facilitate collaboration and knowledge sharing across the organization.

• Ability to support both thick and web clients for Microsoft 365 products, ensuring a seamless user experience.

• Proficiency in the Microsoft 365 Apps admin center to efficiently manage and administer Microsoft 365 applications.

• Knowledge of these Microsoft 365 tools to streamline workflows and enhance productivity.

• Experience in implementing and managing Microsoft 365 backup solutions to ensure data integrity and disaster recovery preparedness.

• Ability to effectively utilize audit logs and reporting tools to provide insights and ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.

• Skilled in providing technical support to users and conducting training sessions on Microsoft 365 applications to promote user adoption and proficiency.

• Ability to develop governance documentation, enforce application ownership, and collaborate on security administration with the information security team to maintain a secure and compliant environment.

• Proven project management skills with experience leading implementations of new technologies, driving adoption, and managing transitions to ensure successful integration and user acceptance.

• Develop and execute migration strategies for moving data and services to Microsoft 365, including mailbox migrations, data migrations, and tenant-to-tenant migrations. Ensure minimal disruption to business operations during migrations and provide post-migration support.

Qualifications:

• Degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; or equivalent work experience highly advantageous.

• Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, Microsoft 365 Certified: Security Administrator Associate, or equivalent certifications are highly desirable.

• Experience with Mail Archiving Solutions - Mimecast

• Proven experience as a Microsoft 365 Administrator or similar role, managing complex Microsoft 365 environments for multiple businesses.

• Comprehensive understanding and proficiency in all aspects of Microsoft 365, including but not limited to Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, compliance features, security administration, and the mobile application suite.
