SUMMARY:

We are seeking a Certified Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Finance & Operations (formerly Dynamics AX), with a strong understanding of financial processes, supply chain, and business operations. This role requires hands-on implementation, configuration, and support of Dynamics 365 F&O, working closely with clients and internal stakeholders to drive digital transformation.

POSITION INFO:
Essential Skills & Certifications:

• Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant Associate (or equivalent).
• 5+ years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (or AX 2012).
• Strong finance, accounting, and ERP process knowledge.
• Experience in solution design, implementation, and post-go-live support.
• Hands-on experience in finance modules (GL, AR, AP, Fixed Assets, Budgeting, Tax, Cost Accounting, Cash & Bank Management, and Expense Management).
• Familiarity with supply chain management (SCM) and procurement is a plus.
• Strong understanding of Power BI, Power Platform, Azure DevOps, and reporting tools.
• Experience working with data migration, integrations, and customizations using D365 frameworks.

• Experience with Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, and Azure
• Knowledge of local financial regulations and tax compliance requirements.
• Exposure to manufacturing, retail, or professional services industries.

• Lead the end-to-end implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
• Analyse business requirements and translate them into system configurations and workflows.
• Configure, customize, and optimize financial modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Budgeting, Fixed Assets, and Cost Accounting.
• Implement supply chain management (if applicable), including procurement, inventory, and warehouse management.
• Provide post-go-live support and troubleshooting for Dynamics 365 F&O.

• Engage with stakeholders to understand business needs and map them to system capabilities.
• Develop functional specifications for system enhancements, integrations, and reporting.
• Conduct gap analysis and suggest best practices to improve financial operations.
• Train and guide business users on system functionality and drive user adoption.

• Work with development teams to integrate Dynamics 365 F&O with third-party applications (e.g., Power BI, Azure, CRM).
• Ensure data migration and data integrity from legacy systems.
• Assist in designing financial reports using Power BI, SSRS, or other reporting tools.

• Ensure the system complies with IFRS, GAAP, and local tax regulations.
• Work with IT security teams to enforce role-based access controls (RBAC) and data security.
• Support audit and compliance efforts, ensuring financial controls are properly implemented.
