Millwright

Our client based in Piet Retief is seeking a trade tested Millwright to join their dynamic team.

Skills and Experience:

• At least 5 years Millwright experience.
• Experience in instrumentation, PLC (S5), AC/DC drives and HMI will be advantageous.
• Strong Mechanical Technical experience

• Experience in a leadership role will be advantageous
• Sound judgement informed by extensive practical knowledge and experience
• Innovative and analytical, able to pre-empt, diagnose and resolve problems to avoid plant stoppages
• Work well under pressure
• Excellent time management and organisational skills
• Excellent communication skills on all levels
• Understanding of blueprints and technical instructions.
• Experience in using industrial hand tools and power tools.
• Ability to work at heights and climb on ladders, stairways and work off platforms.
• Strong leadership skills are essential
