SUMMARY:
A dynamic organization based in the East Rand is looking to employ a Millwright / Electrician with 3 – 5 years’ solid experience in a similar role.

POSITION INFO:
Minimum Requirements
Matric

Trade Tested / Red Seal Millwright / N5 (Essential)
3 – 5 years’ experience
Candidate must be able to do shift work
Candidate must be fit and in good health
Strong knowledge of both mechanical and electrical maintenance and repair
Proven track record as a Millwright / Electrician
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues in a timely manner to minimize downtime
Maintain accurate maintenance records and logs of all work performed
Follow safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment
Conduct inspections to identify and address potential equipment failures or safety hazards
Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, control systems, and related equipment
Perform routine and preventative maintenance on equipment
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, drawings and schematics
