SUMMARY:
Our client in the Facilities Management sector has an opportunity available for a Moves and Churn Coordinator in the CBD area of Johannesburg.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Requirements:

N3 Technical certificate or equivalent will be advantageous
Matric (Senior Certificate)
Valid SA Drivers License
3yrs relevant experience in Handyman maintenance tasks
Basic training on hand tools, electrical and mechanical equipment
Knowledge of OHS Act & ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems

KPAs:

Perform tasks in accordance to job cards (work orders) issued, as per Client and Company requirements
Movements of furniture as and when required
Carryout movements of equipment
Perform installations and dismantling of furniture
Carry out minor repairs to furniture as per SLA
