Job Description
Import and export company is seeking an administrator who is very hands on and can multi task. You must have experience with Internal/External Sales, quotations, invoicing, filing, resolving queries, customer service, customer records and data, budgets, credit vetting and spend. Opening new accounts and evaluating customer spend. A bit of business development will be advantageous. Strong MS Office skill and CRM system required.
Duties
- Prepare customized, pro-forma invoices, sales orders and tax invoices,
- Finding material – using indent numbers,
- Wrapping stock and orders delivery/collection,
- Collecting order notes to fulfill deliveries,
- Attending to and processing shipments,
- Packing incoming stock away,
- Monitoring product quality,
- Package and label orders,
- Communicating with customers regarding stock availability
- Assisting will all admin tasks including assisting sales reps
- Assisting the production team

- Degree in Administration
