Job Description

Are you passionate about providing exceptional service and maintaining a pristine environment? Our client is looking for a dedicated individual to join their team, responsible for ensuring their guests have a memorable experience from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

Housekeeping Duties:

• Conduct stock takes and manage controls for laundry and housekeeping equipment.
• Oversee linen inventory and quality control, ensuring our guests always have fresh, high-quality linens.
• Maintain storeroom cleanliness and efficient stock issuing.
• Conduct regular checks and maintenance of rooms and public areas.
• Manage budgets and maintain accurate par levels.
• Train team members in housekeeping and laundry best practices.

Guest Relations:

• Host guests during breakfast, lunch, and dinner service, ensuring a warm and inviting atmosphere.
• Make courtesy calls to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Assist with check-ins, check-outs, early departures, and late arrivals.

Secondary Duties (when Lodge anchors are off):

• Manage front office day sheets, gate access, guest information, and invoicing.
• Support waitstaff and venues to deliver top-notch service.

Qualifications

Hotel or Hospitality Qualification or equivalent
