Job Description

Are you an experienced and able to run a well oiled machine?

Our client is searching for a meticulous professional to join their high ranked team.

Duties:

• Running the restaurant department in its entirety (staff training, stock taking, ordering, stock rotation, supervising, quality control, guest hosting, strong leadership skills etc.)
• Working with the kitchen department to produce a dining experience of the highest quality.
• Ensuring the highest standards in the fine details of the restaurant department (guest satisfaction, restaurant presentation, food quality control, staff management.)
• Needs to have a good understanding of computers as they will need to operate the lodge system with regards to inputting stock, charging accounts, costing, and supplier correspondence.
• Must possess good leadership skills to bring the F&B department to the highest level.
• Must have great people skills as this position is very hands on with guests.
• Willing to bring new ideas to the table to better the food & beverage department.

Qualifications

Culinary qualification is a must

• 5 star establishment experience
• 4-5 years experience
