Join Our Team as a Second-in-Command to Head Chef
Our client, located in the beautiful Hoedspruit area, is looking for a talented and experienced Second-in-Command Chef to support the Head Chef in delivering exceptional culinary experiences. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong leadership and management skills to take on a pivotal role in a dynamic kitchen environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Head Chef to set and execute menus with precision and creativity.
- Manage kitchen staff in the absence of the Head Chef, ensuring smooth operation during shifts.
- Oversee stock taking and inventory management, ensuring proper levels of ingredients are maintained.
- Maintain an organized, clean, and efficient kitchen, delivering consistent quality in every dish.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a similar role with a strong understanding of kitchen operations.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain high standards in a fast-paced environment.
