Job Description
A well-established client in the conferencing and accommodation industry is looking to add a vibrant, energetic, and target-driven Sales Executive to their dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional with a passion for sales and a proven track record in the hotel and conferencing industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales and revenue growth by establishing strong relationships with government agencies and travel management companies.
- Promote and sell conferencing and accommodation services to potential clients.
- Achieve set sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the team.
- Maintain and grow client relationships to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience in sales within hotel environments and/or with government and travel management companies.
- Energetic and vibrant personality with a strong drive to meet and exceed targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.

Qualifications
Relevant qualification is ideal
Skills
- Minimum of 2 years hotel/conference venue sales experience
- High degree of self-motivation and ambition
- High level of customer service orientation, discipline, organisational skills, attention to detail, and a strong drive to meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills in English and proficiency in IsiXhosa, IsiZulu, or Afrikaans is an advantage
- Previous experience in Groups, Conferences and Events sales
- Previous experience in various market sectors i.e. Corporate, Government, Travel Management Companies and Professional Conference Organisers
- Own vehicle required
