As a NOC Operator you will be responsible for all aspects of monitoring the day-to-day operation of the organization’s networks (data, voice, text, email, facsimile, and image) including resolution of network problems, data backup and restore. You will also be required to provide end user software support for Windows and Apple Mac Operating Systems.

Requirements:

• Relevant Tertiary Qualification
• 5 Years within an IT Desktop Support environment
• ITIL Foundation
• Apple Mac Certification
• MCSE / MCSP
