SUMMARY:
Tzaneen Area – Limpopo: Our client is looking for a Nursery Manager to join the team.
Only candidates with the relevant experience will be considered.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
  • Qualification as a Horticulturalist
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a tree crop nursery within a senior management role
  • Extensive knowledge of fertilizers and chemicals
  • Attention to detail is critical
  • System maintenance and implementation
 RESPONSIBILITIES, INCLUDE BU NOT LIMITED TO
  • Management of the Macadamia Nursery, Avocado Nursery, Company Sweet Dragon Fruit Nursery, Ornamental Plant Nursery
  • Liaise with 4 x International Satellite Nurseries
  • All labour and daily task management
  • Production forecast and planning
  • Financial forecast and budgeting
  • Fertilizer program
  • Chemical requirements
  • Pest Control
  • Customer relations
