SUMMARY:
The primary responsibility of the National Administrator is to ensure our service delivery standards

JOB DESCRIPTION:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Do Property Care Addhoc quotations on SAP
• Follow up on quotations submitted to Clients/KAM’s
• Request PO’s from clients after acceptance of quotation
• Create Sales order on SAP and link to quotation
• Send approved quotation and PO to Operations on Redmine to action
• Submit Sales order to Warehouse to release stock
• Arrange PO to suppliers
• Send supplier invoices to Finance
• Send approved quotation, PO, Service report, Sales order to Admin Manager on Redmine to invoice
• Keep strict record of quotation, PO’s, sales orders and Invoices on a Tracker report
• Close all open quotations on SAP after 60 days
• Follow up on all open Sales orders with Warehouse to get copy of deliver notes
• Assist Finance with account queries

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
• Matric
• Solid computer proficiency (Word, Excel, Email)
• Experience in Property Care debtors/creditors will be an advantage.
• Accounting software experience SAP
• Redmine Operations software experience
• Knowledge of Cleaning and Security Industry regulations including Operational and Client requirements will be advantageous
