POSITION INFO:

Job Role

The successful candidates'''' core function will be Managing and Leading all aspects of our Aftermarket business nationally.

Responsibilities:

• P/L responsibility for Aftermarket business

• Day to day operation of Service Department

• Service Support both to service staff and customers.

• Product Support to service staff and customers

• Training for technicians and customers

• Assist in all field service-related issues.

• Installations / Commissioning of equipment

• Plant design

• Technical Support to staff and customers

• Site visits / Meeting with Customers regarding quotes and onsite issues - service and rental related

• Growth of Rental business and New Equipment business.

• Problem solving with technicians and customers.

• Assisting office staff with quoting / costing

• Review and manage monthly invoicing.

• Report and Warranty management with report writing and engaging directly with Sullair.

• Budget planning, review and presentation - reporting into

• Manco meeting.

• Electrical and Diesel equipment (support and service)

Qualifications and Competencies Required:

• Technical Diploma/Certificate N5/6 level, Trade Qualification - Millwright

• Business Management training certificate / diploma

• Must have a minimum of 5 years or more relevant working experience within the compressed air industry.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

• Autoline experience would be an advantage.

• Highly motivated, detailed orientated and customer focused.

• Good time management.

• Need to be able to work under pressure.

• Accountability and dependability are essential.
