POSITION INFO:

Our client is looking for a dynamic, results-driven National Sales Manager with a proven track record in sales leadership and revenue growth. This role will spearhead the nationwide expansion of a leading security fencing brand, driving strategic objectives, leading a high-performing team, and fostering key stakeholder relationships to ensure sustained success.

Responsibilities

Drive nationwide sales of the company’s flagship security fencing product.
Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve revenue and market share growth targets.
Lead, train, and manage a team of regional sales representatives, implementing performance management systems to consistently meet or exceed targets.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including corporates, architects, developers, government departments, construction companies, and engineers.
Secure high-value customers and strategic partnerships to expand the company’s market presence.
Monitor market trends and use data-driven insights to refine sales strategies.
Ensure superior customer retention through effective after-sales support and service.
Prepare and deliver impactful presentations to internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of sales management experience, with a track record of delivering revenue growth.
