National Warehouse & Logistics Manager, Gauteng

SUMMARY:
We are seeking a National Warehouse & Logistics Manager for a permanent role based in Wynberg,  Gauteng.

POSITION INFO:
Applicants are required to meet the following criteria:
 

• Relevant BA Degree
• 5+ years’ experience in a warehouse management role and must be in current relevant role for 3+ years
• Must have good leadership ability, excellent communication skills and be a SA Citizen
• Knowledge of transport / fleet / warehouse management
• Accpac / Sage 300 experience with granite experience advantageous
• Experience in occupational health & safety
• Must have above average organizational skills

• Control the flow of incoming materials and outgoing finished product
• Management of: warehouse; inventory; material handling; customer service; corporate fleet & fuel cards; warehousing/logistics
• Reporting on related budgets, expenses, progress of tasks
• Source / negotiate costs and improve efficiency of supply chain
• Team mentorship
