We are looking for German customer service agents with sales background for a Monday to Friday 8am to latest 7pm position, the remuneration package is as follows:
-The company will contribute electricity and fibre costs, as well as a inverter to be operational through loadshedding.
-Salary is R 20 000 gross with quarterly, performance incentives which are paid in Euros.
-Guaranteed no weekend work and no night shifts, all of our shifts fall between 8am and 7pm as the latest cut off time.
-Company laptop and phone.
Your tasks:
• You look after our prospects in all telephone and written questions about our product portfolio.
• You are the "first impression" of the prospect
• The telephone contact and initial consultation with scheduling is the focus of your work.
• You arrange appointments for colleagues from the field service and show expertise in product knowledge – always keeping the
sales perspective and entrepreneurship in focus.
• You are a trustworthy contact person for our field service in service and sales as well as for all internal interfaces for all
questions from interested parties
• You record and process missing prospect data and thus ensure a transparent database.
What do you bring with you?
• You have successfully completed your apprenticeship or are a career changer with a strong sales and service orientation and
affinity for customer service.
• You have a pleasant telephone voice and very confident communication- and expression skills
• You have excellent written and spoken German skills.
• German is your mother tongue.
• You think entrepreneurially and in terms of sales
• You are open-minded and empathetic and are characterized by an independent and customer-oriented way of working with a
high level of commitment.
• You find it easy to make clear decisions and prioritize tasks, even under pressure
• You find it easy to use MS Office. Ideally, you already have experience with Microsoft Dynamics Navision and VoIP telephony.
