New Development Representative

SUMMARY:
A Dynamic organization based in Cape Town is looking to employ an External Sales Representative with 3 – 5 years’ experience in a similar role.

POSITION INFO:
Minimum Requirements

• Matric
• Degree / Diploma (Highly Advantageous)
• Own reliable vehicle with a valid code 8 driver’s license
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and advanced computer skills
• 3 – 5 years’ experience in Sales / Account Management
• Must come from the following industries: Cleaning, Sanitation, Janitorial and Hardware industry
• Previous experience in account management or similar positions
• Proven track record in new Business Development and sustainability of business
• Strong negotiation skills on both Corporate and SMME level and influential skills
• Must have the ability to close deals
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to collect, track and analyses large amounts of data
• Establish relationships with new customers and secure contracts with new customers that achieve assigned sales quotas and targets.
• Drive the entire sales cycle from initial customer engagement to closed sales.
• Prospect for potential customers using various direct methods such as calling and face to face meetings, and indirect methods such as networking.
