Nieuw Muckleneuk, Pretoria: CONVEYANCING SECRETARY
Minimum Requirements:
-Professional and presentable female (BEE female preferred)
-Fully bilingual, with strong English proficiency
-Matric / Grade 12
-Recent work experience as a Conveyancing Secretary at a law firm, attending to mortgage Bond Registrations
-Experience in Property Transfers (all types) preferred
-Able to work independently from inception to finalization of conveyancing instructions
-Computer literate in Ghost Convey / Ghost Practice / E4
-Meticulous with attention to detail
-Proper understanding and knowledge of bank procedures and requirements
-Strong telephonic etiquette and people skills
-Stable employment record and contactable reference
-To start as soon as possible
Duties:
-Independently handling of bond registrations from receipt of inception to finalization of the matter
-Drafting of Transfers and/or bond registration documents
-Liaison with banks, clients, Deeds Office and other law firms
-General conveyancing secretarial duties
Salary: R 13 000.00 – R 21 000.00 gross maximum (depending on experience and seniority)
