SUMMARY:
Masa Outsourcing is currently looking for a Non-Maintenance Plumber who will be responsible for new plumbing installations, including pipework, fixtures, and fittings for residential, commercial, or industrial projects. The plumber's role will be focused on construction, renovation, and custom plumbing solutions rather than repair and maintenance work

Qualifications
- Education:
- Grade 10. A plumbing Certificate will be an advantage.
Key Responsibilities- Install pipes, fittings, and fixtures for water, gas, and drainage systems in new builds or renovation projects.
- Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications to determine plumbing Test plumbing systems for leaks and functionality, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Inspect and verify the integrity of plumbing installations before handing over to the client.
- Accurately measure, cut, and join pipes using appropriate tools and techniques.
- Ensure proper selection and use of plumbing materials based on the project’s specifications.
- Adhere to building codes, regulations, and company policies at all times.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, minimizing potential hazards on-site.
- Work closely with other tradespeople (electricians, builders, etc.) to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Communicate effectively with project managers and clients to address questions or
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on plumbing experience in non-maintenance roles (e.g., new installations, construction).
- Ability to read technical drawings and specifications.
- Proficient in using plumbing tools and equipment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Knowledge of modern plumbing systems and materials.
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and materials.
- Comfortable working in confined spaces or at heights.
