SUMMARY:
A vacancy exists for an experienced manager to take on the responsibilities of Nurse Manager to lead the General Wards at a hospital in Gqeberha.

POSITION INFO:
This role is pivotal in ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care, aligning with our strategic objectives of growth, quality, and people.

Minimum Requirements:

Degree or Diploma in Nursing.
Post-graduate qualification in Nursing Management.
Current registration with the South African Nursing Council (SANC).
A minimum of 5 years of relevant clinical experience in a multi-disciplinary medium to large hospital setting.
Minimum of 5 years of proven leadership and management experience within a healthcare facility, ideally within the private sector.
Basic understanding of labour legislation.
Strong understanding of business principles and commercial orientation.
Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant computer skills.
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as required.
Demonstrated sound business acumen.
