JOB DESCRIPTION:

Our Event Coordinator client in Pretoria East is seeking to employ an energetic, well presented, organized and dedicated Office Assistant and Coordinator to join their growing team

Minimum requirements:

3 – 5 years Office Assistant and Coordination experience
Must be Computer Literate
Working knowledge of QuickBooks would be an advantage
Managing administrative tasks, project planning, project file compilation and requests for quotations to ensure all project admin requirements are met
Liaise with suppliers, venues and clients
Prepare quotations and project planning files for Event Coordinator and Clients alike
Assist with presentations and projects when needed
