OHS Administrator (Occupational Health and Safety)

R20 000 (Depending on experience)

My client in the telecommunications industry is looking for a young vibrant candidate to join their team.

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

• Must have completed Grade 12
• Must be fully bilingual in Afrikaans and English
• Duties and responsibilities (but not limited to):
• Identify and maintain company appointments with reference to the safety files
• Compile and maintain Safety Files as required per project/site
• Employee records compile and maintain: Schedule internal Team certifications and renewals (ID, Medical, Working at heights, Fire, First Aid)
• Ensure company LOGS are up to date
• Interface with client OHS contacts
• Interface with OHS vendors
• Safety equipment inspections
• PPE register and equipment Inspection register as required
• 37(2) appointments and agreements with clients
• Submit IOD documents to Workman's Compensation and the RMA
• Provide training
• HIRA (Negotiable)
• Baseline Risk Assessment (Negotiable)
• Fall Protection Plan (Negotiable)
