We’re seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations & Systems Coordinator to keep our client’s business running seamlessly. POSITION INFO:
What We’re Looking For

Experience: 3+ years in operations, administration, e-commerce, or systems coordination.
Tech-Savvy:
- Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, automation).
- Familiarity with AI tools, automation software, and e-commerce platforms.
- Experience with Takealot.com, Amazon, or similar marketplaces.
- Comfort working with accounting and stock management systems.
Adaptable & Quick Learner: Comfortable with new systems and technologies.
