OPERATIONS CONTROLLER - PIETERMARITZBURG

POSITION INFO:

RedCat Recruitment is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced OPERATIONS CONTROLLER for a large concern, position based in Pietermaritzburg, KwaZulu-Natal.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Grade 12.

Valid driver’s license / own vehicle.

Degree or Diploma in Property Management and/or Operations Management, or a related field.

Competent computer skills (MS Office, Email / Internet). Data Management Software!

2+ years of experience as an Operations Controller or in a similar position.

Repairs and General Maintenance

Receive and process all incoming R&M queries via email and phone call for +/- 25 properties.

Planning and coordinating project tasks between all relevant parties.

Confirmation of all queries with tenants / Centre Managers (issues, areas of concern and location), before dispatching teams.

Issuing and Processing of all Job Cards / assign tasks to relevant team.

Obtains quotations for supplies or equipment needed for assignment.

Scheduling and dispatching relevant teams to their assigned tasks.

Complete order with attaching photographs of the completed task.

Managing maintenance team schedules and time sheets.

Tenant Fitout / Projects

Receive all tenant fit out specs from Property Managers.

Assess tasks to be completed and formulate project plan.

Source supplier quotes and assign teams based on fit out requirements.

Request and catalogue photos for reference of team progress.

Processing of supplier invoices for payment based on supplier requirements.

Point of contact for any / all emergencies related to tenant fitout.

Attend to any and all queries/questions on certain jobs by the Property Managers.
