Our client within the outdoor advertising and flighting industry is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join their team in Centurion

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Minimum requirements:

Matric and/or relevant tertiary qualification
Minimum of 4 years' experience in the outdoor advertising and flighting industry
minimum 3 years' project management experience
Computer literate
Driver's License and own reliable transport
Read and Understand Engineer drawings
Previous foundation and installation experience

Key performance areas:

Managing contractors ( Site Surveyors, Engineer, Electricians, LED – Suppliers, Steel manufactures, Crane companies)
Manage new structure projects
Daily scheduling of teams, tracking each team and record keeping of maintenance that was done
Flighting – New campaigns and deflighting expired campaigns
Engaging with development to ensure there is a pipeline of work for the teams
Recording all maintenance, damage, repairs to company vehicles
Liaise with Engineer
Manage financial expenses of projects
